Theo Bruton has been named a shareholder with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr. Bruton specializes in the ownership and development of commercial real estate projects, including retail, industrial, and multifamily properties in the firm’s real estate and multifamily practices.

Anne-Alise Hinckley, Shareholder 

Another shareholder named by Munsch, Anne-Alise Hinckley, serves with the firm’s litigation and labor and employment practice. She focuses on disputes concerning breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret misappropriation, and more.

Peter Hogue, Shareholder 

Peter Hogue is a member of Munsch’s litigation and transportation practice and will now hold the title of shareholder. As a trial attorney, Hogue works on advising and defending clients in commercial litigation matters in both federal and state courts.

Nicole Manley, Shareholder 

With Munsch, Nicole Manley will add shareholder to her title in addition to serving with the firm’s corporate M&A practice. In this role, Manley concentrates on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and reorganizations for companies across technology, manufacturing, energy, hospitality, and more.

Ryan Mitchell, Shareholder 

Ryan Mitchell has also been named a shareholder with Munsch. As part of the firm’s real estate and hospitality practices, Mitchell specializes in the advisement of land deals, asset ownership, operation matters, and asset dispositions. He also works on project development in public-private partnerships and private developments.

Macy Jones-Smith, Shareholder 

As a part of Munsch’s real estate and real estate finance practices, Macy Jones-Smith represents lending institutions in connection with the structuring, documentation, acquisition, disposition, and leverage of mortgage and construction loans and mezzanine financings. She also served as an advisor for real estate developers and investors and has experience representing lenders of distressed assets in connection with loan workouts, modifications, restructuring, and foreclosures.

Frances Tubb, Shareholder 

Frances Tubb is one of seven attorneys in Munsch’s Dallas office who was named a shareholder. A member of the firm’s real estate, leasing, and hospitality practices, she represents clients in the office, industrial, retail, hospitality, and data center space in developing, financing, owning, and disposing of their assets. Her practice also includes representing clients in matters such as institutional property from owners to individuals in office, retail, and industrial leases.
