Law360 recently featured comments from Shareholders Ben Wheatley and Mason Hester in an article about the importance of hiring construction lawyers specialized in the field.

“Just like you don’t want a doctor who one day dabbles in dermatology and the next day dabbles in brain surgery, this is a full-time, complicated practice,” said Wheatley. “[My clients] are hiring me because this is all I do.”

Additionally, Hester told the publication that when bankruptcy issues come up in his construction matters, he has no problem calling on Munsch Hardt’s bankruptcy lawyers.

“If you go in to see a heart specialist and you also have headaches, they’re going to want to get a headache specialist involved,” he said.
