From Northbound I-69

Use the left 2 lanes to take the exit toward Richmond Avenue/Downtown Via Louisiana Street/University of St. Thomas. Continue onto TX-527 Spur N. Use the right 2 lanes to take the Louisiana Street ramp to Downtown. Continue onto Louisiana Street for 1.6 miles. Turn right onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left.

From Southbound I-69

Use the right 2 lanes to take the 1-10 E/1-10 W exit toward Beaumont/San Antonio. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for I-10 W/San Antonio and merge onto 1-10 W. Use the left lane to take exit 768B to merge onto 1-10 W. Use the left lane to take exit 768 B to merge onto 1-45 S. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 47C for McKinney Street.  Continue onto McKinney Street. Turn left onto Louisiana Street. Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left.

From Eastbound I-10

Follow I-10 E to Smith Street in Houston. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 769A for Smith Street. Continue onto Smith Street for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left.

From Westbound I-10

Follow I-10 W to McKinney Street. Use the left lane to take exit 768B to merge onto I-45 S. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 47C for McKinney Street. Continue onto McKinney Street. Turn left onto Louisiana Street. Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left. 

From Eastbound US-290

Continue on US-290 E to Houston. Take exit 11 to merge onto I-10 E. Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 769A for Smith Street. Continue onto Smith Street for 0.4 miles. Turn left onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left. 

From Northbound I-45

Follow I-45 N to Memorial Drive in Houston. Take exit 47B for Memorial Drive. Turn right onto Memorial Drive. Use any lane to turn slightly right onto Rusk Street. Follow Rusk Street for 0.4 miles. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left. 

From Southbound I-45

Follow I-45 S to McKinney Street in Houston. Use the left 2 lanes to take exit 47C for McKinney Street. Continue onto McKinney Street. Turn left onto Louisiana Street. Turn right at the 2nd cross street onto Rusk Street. Pennzoil Place parking garage will be on the left.

Parking Information

Visitors may park in the Pennzoil Place parking garage, which can be accessed at the northeast corner of Louisiana Street and Rusk Street  (please disregard the sign that says CONTRACT PARKING ONLY). Visitors should pull a parking ticket and bring it to the Receptionist for validation. 

Our office is located in the North Tower of Pennzoil Place, on the 8th floor. When visitors arrive at the elevator bank, there is a silver kiosk with a touch screen; please press “8” on the screen and it will instruct you to the appropriate elevator to use.
