(DALLAS and HOUSTON) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) announced today the promotion of Thomas D. Berghman, Christopher M. Jordan, Jana M. Lambro and Andrew McDonald from Associate to Shareholder.

Thomas D. Berghman (Dallas) is a member of the Firm’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Insolvency practice. Berghman focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy related litigation, including representing Chapter 11 debtors, Chapter 7 trustees, landlords, and other parties of interest in all aspects of bankruptcy, such as asset sales and all aspects of litigation. He was also recently recognized as one of the Firm’s 2020 Texas “Rising Stars” by Super Lawyers.
Christopher M. Jordan (Houston), who started his legal career at Munsch Hardt, is a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Labor & Employment practices. Jordan counsels and defends a variety of clients in federal, state and arbitration matters. His clients range from individuals and small businesses to national and publicly-traded companies from consumer finance to real estate and manufacturing. A significant portion of his practice focuses on the business side of consumer finance matters relating to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and the Texas Debt Collection Act (TDCA). He also has written several articles on these laws for Texas Lawbook, ACA International Collector Magazine and the Dallas Business Journal.
Jana M. Lambro (Dallas) is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice. Lambro assists clients in various aspects of commercial real estate development, including purchases, sales, retail and ground leases, brokerage agreements, and transactional financing. She also has experience in corporate law, including debt restructuring and refinancing, equity reorganization and division, private securities offerings and mergers and acquisitions. She is a Texas Bar Foundation Fellow and a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and The Real Estate Counsel (TREC).
Andrew “Drew” McDonald (Dallas) is a member of the Firm’s Real Estate practice. His practice focuses on assisting clients ranging from institutional investors to individuals in the acquisition, disposition, development, leasing, financing and management of raw land, retail, office, mixed-use, multifamily, hospitality, medical, industrial and other real estate assets. McDonald is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Dallas Chamber of Commerce.
