Buchanan’s return expands the Firm’s corporate finance capabilities as he continues to represent leaders and borrowers in domestic and international financing transactions, as well as other banking and corporate matters.

Buchanan specializes in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial lending, structured and asset finance transactions, debt refinancing and workouts. He also offers significant experience representing syndicated leaders in the refinancing or workout of domestic and international loan facilitates, including those that involve borrowers in the energy sector (electric power generation and oil and gas production) and storage and commodities financing.
