Dallas Associate Jordan Curry prepared and presented a CLE to the Northern District of Texas judges, staff attorneys, law clerks and interns. The presentation, entitled "Qualified Immunity, Criminal Law, and COVID-19: A Fifth Circuit Update", covered a handful of Fifth Circuit cases from summer 2020 to summer 2021 in the areas of qualified immunity, Fourth Amendment and COVID-19-related litigation.
