Ray has been practicing law at Munsch Hardt for more than 11 years. His practice focuses on real estate litigation, including condemnation matters, as well as intellectual property litigation. He has significant experience related to the development, licensing and transfer of intellectual property rights, including securing registered trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and obtaining copyright registrations with the United States Copyright Office.
