Houston Construction Shareholder Mason Hester has been elected to serve as the Chair-Elect of the Construction Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. This term runs from June 2023 to June 2024, when he will then transition to the Chair of the Section. Mason has been actively involved in the Section, previously serving as the Treasurer and Secretary. Mason is Board Certified in Construction Law, and was in the first class of Texas attorneys to achieve this certification.
