Alibhai has been included in the IAM Patent 1000 list since 2020. He focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, intellectual property disputes and noncompetition and trade secret litigation, serving clients throughout Texas and the country. Throughout his more than 28-year legal career, Alibhai has served as lead trial counsel in cases involving some of the largest businesses in America in state and federal courts nationwide. In 2015, Alibhai was honored by the National Law Journal as a winning litigator for his work as lead counsel on a patent infringement and trade secret misappropriation jury trial.
