Jun 20, 2024

Austin, Texas – Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt), a commercial, full-service, Texas-based law firm, proudly announces its Austin office has been recognized as one of the "2024 Best Places to Work" by the Austin Business Journal. The annual Best Places to Work Awards recognize local employers who have gone above and beyond to create an outstanding workplace culture.

Austin Business Journal ranked Munsch Hardt No. 25 in the Micro Companies (10-24 local employees) section. This is the Firm’s first showing on the annual list, and it is one of only three other law firms being honored. With this prestigious accolade, Munsch Hardt has now been ranked among the Best Places to Work in all three of its Texas markets within the last calendar year.

“I am incredibly blessed to work with such an outstanding and talented group. At Munsch Hardt, we embrace team work, integrity and client service, as well as placing a high value on the morale of our employees by celebrating each other’s success – both at work and in our personal lives,” said Jay Ong, Managing Shareholder of Munsch Hardt’s Austin office. “We are proud to have now received this designation in all three of our Firm’s markets – Austin, Dallas and Houston. This honor is a true testament to our organization’s collaborative, approachable and supportive culture, which we have prioritized for nearly 40 years and replicated across all three offices.”

Munsch Hardt’s Austin attorneys represent clients on bankruptcy, commercial real estate, construction, environmental, intellectual property and litigation matters. Established in 1996, Munsch Hardt’s Austin office is currently located in the Hartland Plaza building at 1717 West 6th Street.

To determine the Best Places to Work each year, Austin Business Journal solicits nominations and then works with Quantum Workplace to confidentially survey employees about their companies. The surveys ask employees to grade their employer in six areas, including team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication, among others. Only the top-scoring companies in the region earn the coveted right to be named one of the Best Places to Work.
