(DALLAS/HOUSTON/AUSTIN) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is proud to announce it has been named a “Top Workplace” in Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Houston again this year and debuted as a “Best Place to Work” in Austin. This triple city recognition highlights the Firm's focus on promoting employee growth and collaboration, fostering work-life balance and maintaining a strong culture of excellence.
“We are incredibly proud to be recognized once again as a top workplace in Dallas and Houston, our two largest markets, and as a best place to work in Austin for the first time” said David Coligado, incoming CEO of Munsch Hardt. “These honors reflect the strong, collaborative environment we’ve built with our attorneys and staff. It is their dedication, passion and steadfast commitment to each other, in addition to excellent client service, that define Munsch Hardt’s culture and continue to make it a great place to work.”
In Dallas, Munsch Hardt was ranked by The Dallas Morning News as one of the top 200 employers in the DFW Metroplex in its midsize category (150-499 local employees). This is the 10th consecutive time the Firm has received this distinction. Additionally, Munsch Hardt is the highest and longest-ranked law firm on the list, with only one other law firm being ranked in DFW.
The Houston Chronicle ranked Munsch Hardt’s Houston office as one of the top 189 employers in Houston in its small category (50-149 local employees). This is the Firm’s second appearance on the annual list, with only one other law firm being honored.
As highlighted in a previous release, the Firm also was named as one of the “2024 Best Places to Work” in Austin, as published by the Austin Business Journal.
Munsch Hardt strives to hire and retain talented and respectful individuals who lead with true selflessness. The legacy culture evident from a high percentage of long-tenured employees enables the Firm to create a collaborative, approachable and friendly place to work.
