(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) proudly announces CEO-elect David Coligado is featured in D CEO Magazine’s 2025 edition of the Dallas 500 directory, a list of the city’s most influential business leaders. Produced by the editors of D CEO, the award-winning business title of D Magazine Partners, the Dallas 500 publication profiles the most powerful leaders in North Texas across more than 60 different business categories.

This marks Coligado’s first year of inclusion in the Dallas 500. Coligado is currently head of the Firm’s Real Estate Section and will officially assume the role of CEO at Munsch Hardt on Jan. 1, 2025.

Coligado’s practice focuses on the ownership, development and investment of commercial real estate, such as office, industrial, retail, and multifamily projects. He assists his clients through all phases of real estate ownership including acquisition, financing (construction and permanent), leasing, development and construction, formation of joint ventures, and dispositions. Coligado’s clients range from entrepreneurial developers, owners and investors to national tenants and landlords.

Coligado was recognized among the other Dallas 500 honorees at a reception held on Nov. 14, 2024, at the Dallas Museum of Art. This is an outstanding achievement, and Munsch Hardt is honored to have one of its own named to the 2025 Dallas 500 Directory.
