Munsch Hardt was recently recognized among the Top 100 Places to Work 2016 by The Dallas Morning News, ranking No. 11 in the small company category (under 150 employees in the metroplex). This is the third time Munsch Hardt has been recognized by the publication.
Munsch Hardt was selected as one of the top workplaces based on an independently conducted, anonymous survey in which employees provide insightful feedback about the firm’s direction, execution, leadership, work/life balance, as well as pay and benefits.
“I am incredibly blessed to work with such an outstanding and talented group of individuals. At Munsch Hardt, we embrace team work, integrity and client service. We also place a high value on the morale of all of our employees. We celebrate each other’s success – both at work and in our personal lives,” said Phil Appenzeller, chief executive officer of Munsch Hardt. “It is an honor to be recognized by The Dallas Morning News for the third time. Without our clients, the leadership and ambition of the individuals in the firm, we wouldn’t be where we are today.”
Thousands of companies compete in the rankings each year, but only 100 are recognized. This is the eighth annual Top 100 Places to Work survey. Winners were honored during the awards luncheon on Thursday, November 17th at the Omni Dallas Hotel.
