Overview

Adrienne’s practice focuses on commercial finance transactions secured by real estate, business assets or other personal property, notes receivable and other property or assets.  Specifically, Adrienne represents commercial banks and other lenders in connection with a variety of types of finance transactions, including purchase-money loans, construction loans, development loans (including both single-family residential lot developments and commercial lot developments), hotel loans, agricultural loans, C&I loans, loans secured by notes receivable, multistate transactions and refinances and modifications of outstanding loans.

Adrienne also has significant experience representing commercial banks and other lenders in connection with loans that are in default, workouts and restructuring of troubled loans, Forbearance Agreements, non-judicial foreclosures of real estate and UCC Article 9 sales of personal property.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Adrienne was the Associate General Counsel over loan operations at a regional commercial bank with branches located throughout Texas and Oklahoma.
