Andres focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. His diverse experience includes representing clients in an array of disputes involving products liability, personal injury, contract disputes, first-party insurance coverage and business ownership disputes.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Andres served as an associate at a Dallas-based boutique trial law firm. In law school, Andres was the first American to complete The University of Texas School of Law – Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) Joint Degree Program. This program allowed him to earn both his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law and his license to practice law in Mexico. As a result of his efforts, he earned ITAM’s full-ride scholarship and is featured in the ITAM’s official history book. During his three-year stay in Mexico City, he worked for a global law firm in its Energy practice group and served as a congressional intern in Mexico’s Chamber of Deputies – the lower body of Congress.
