Overview

Bayley’s practice focuses on managing numerous aspects of commercial litigation and representing employers in matters involving Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims, Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”) and Age Discrimination and Employment Act (“ADEA”).

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Bayley was an Associate at a national law firm in Houston, Texas. She also garnered extensive experience through clerkships for the same law firm in Houston and Los Angeles, California during law school. Additionally, Bayley was a judicial extern to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.

    Assisted in successfully representing an energy services company in an FLSA case against a former employee who sued the company for failure to pay overtime wages.
