Bradley is a health care attorney with a focus on key regulatory issues, including fraud and abuse, compliance, reimbursement, Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, overpayment audits and appeals, as well as business transactions. Bradley’s clients include physicians, group practices, hospitals, pharmacies, medical device manufacturers, durable medical equipment suppliers, home health agencies, diagnostic testing facilities and laboratories.

Bradley also counsels clients with complex business models on the federal Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, Medicare and Medicaid regulations and HIPAA. Bradley regularly counsels clients on state licensure requirements as well as enrollment issues related to Medicare, Medicaid and commercial payors.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Bradley was a health care associate at a large, national law firm in its Houston office.
