Overview

Brenda’s practice focuses on restructuring and finance, with an emphasis on the energy, financial services, health care and technology industries. With more than twenty years of experience in the bankruptcy/restructuring space, she represents debtors, creditors and other interested parties in all aspects of restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings, including asset acquisitions, cross-border insolvency and insolvency litigation.

Brenda has extensive experience working with all levels of an organization, including senior management and boards of directors. She has overseen all facets of Chapter 11 proceedings from start to finish, and previously served as Assistant General Counsel for a notable creditor recovery group, where she played a key role in an extensive restructuring.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Brenda worked as an attorney at an international law firm.
