Overview

Caitlin’s practice is multifaceted with a focus on complex commercial and business litigation. Representing individuals, small businesses and large corporations in state and federal courts across the country, Caitlin handles each case with a practical – yet creative – approach, tailored to accomplish her clients’ unique needs and objectives.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Caitlin worked in the Professional Liability practice group as a litigation associate at a national, corporate law firm. During her career, she has defended a variety of professionals, including real estate brokers, lawyers in legal malpractice suits and grievance proceedings, as well as design professionals on errors and omissions claims and construction defect cases.
