Overview

Emily’s practice focuses on litigation disputes, including appellate matters, with an emphasis on the construction, retail and technology industries. She represents clients in putative class actions, consumer protection matters, real estate litigation and commercial contract disputes.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt as an Associate, Emily served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Dallas office. Emily also worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Reed O’Connor in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Emily received her Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a special distinction in Litigation.
