Luke’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, offering clients extensive experience on transactional matters including asset and stock purchases, corporate formation and governance, private securities offerings, business and commercial arrangements and securities regulation matters. Luke’s work spans across a range of industries, including the health care, manufacturing, technology and banking sectors.

Prior to his legal career, he worked as an Ergonomics Consultant engaged in the design and validation of pre-employment physical ability testing protocols. He managed the implementation of these screening programs across the country for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, energy and transportation industries.

Luke’s innovative tactics, excellent problem-solving skills and his attention to detail help businesses increase efficiency. He uses these tools with each of his clients, providing a sophisticated experience that creates solutions and plans to best fit each of their needs.
