Luke’s work spans across a range of industries, including the health care, manufacturing, technology and banking sectors.

Prior to his legal career, he worked as an Ergonomics Consultant engaged in the design and validation of pre-employment physical ability testing protocols. He managed the implementation of these screening programs across the country for clients in the manufacturing, distribution, energy and transportation industries.
