Jared represents both for-profit and not-for-profit clients in a wide variety of corporate and tax matters. He has significant experience in corporate compliance, structure, governance, finance and tax incentives, and he routinely represents clients before the IRS and other administrative bodies.

As a seasoned corporate attorney, Jared is well-versed in all aspects of contract law, including negotiation, drafting and reviewing contracts across a wide variety of industries. Jared’s clients also turn to him for estate planning, board management, benefits and employment and intellectual property.

Outside of his legal practice, Jared enjoys traveling, spending time with his family, hiking, golfing, and staying active.
