OverviewJosh’s practice predominantly focuses on finance and real estate transactions all over the nation. His practice ranges from the representation of commercial lenders and developers, pension funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), paper and industrial companies and institutional investors in financing transactions and restructurings, structured finance transactions and loan assignments, acquisitions and dispositions, development and leasing of office, industrial and retail projects. Within the past year, he has been the lead attorney representing lenders and borrower on over a billion dollars in loan originations. Josh also has significant experience representing commercial lenders and borrowers in the restructuring of troubled credit facilities, deed in lieu of foreclosure transactions, Intercreditor Agreements and foreclosures of real estate for all types of real estate, including multifamily properties, mixed-use developments and condominiums.
