Julian focuses his practice primarily on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy litigation. He has extensive experience representing Chapter 11 debtors, trustees, and other parties in interest in all aspects of bankruptcy and related litigation.

Before joining Munsch Hardt as an Associate in April 2018, Julian served as an Associate at a sophisticated bankruptcy boutique based in Dallas, Texas, and he formerly served as a law clerk for the Honorable D. Michael Lynn of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

    Obtained a favorable settlement for client-defendant in preference adversary brought by a Chapter 7 trustee.

    Successfully tried and obtained judgement in first-chair representation of a post-confirmation trustee in fraudulent transfer and preference action in bankruptcy court.

    Prepared and presented first-day motions on behalf of a Chapter 11 debtor.
