Overview

Kala’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions and other middle-market commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Kala served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office. Kala received her Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where she served as CLE Editor for the SMU Law Review Journal. She was also an active member of the Corporate Law Association, the Women in Law organization and the Dallas Bar Association.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Simpson served as a legal intern for Rug Doctor, LLC and was a Summer Associate for Munsch Hardt in 2019. She was also a student attorney for the W.W. Caruth, Jr. Child Advocacy Clinic.
