Overview

Maddison’s practice focuses on complex, commercial litigation matters with an emphasis on the hospitality, financial services, construction, and retail industries. Her writing skills and attention to detail have led to the preparation of amicus and party briefs before the United States Supreme Court, Texas Supreme Court, and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Maddison also has experience with complex ESI discovery issues that arise throughout the various stages of litigation.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Maddison served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Dallas office. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma School of Law with a certificate in International Law. Maddison gained a diverse set of skills by working as a Legal Advisor to the Chairperson of the United Nations Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD), as well as a freelance Research and Drafting Assistant for professors at numerous universities.

Before the practice of law, Maddison served as a Human Intelligence Collector in the United States Army and worked in the food and beverage industry for more than a decade.
