Overview

Nadine focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and a broad range of corporate matters for clients in industries such as health care, lending, energy, manufacturing, and technology. She regularly assists her clients in operational, transactional and regulatory matters such as entity formation, corporate governance and finance. 

In addition, Nadine advises franchisors and franchisees with respect to offering documents, franchise agreements, area development agreements and purchases and sales of franchised businesses.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Nadine served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Houston office. She served as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Michael Gomez in the 129th Civil District Court in Houston, Texas, and graduated summa cum ladue from South Texas College of Law Houston. During her time in law school, Nadine served as President of the Student Bar Association, Treasurer of Phi Delta Phi, and was a member of CURRENTS: Journal of International Economic Law and the Order of Lytae.
