Overview

After spending nearly a decade providing legal counsel to both small and large organizations, Ryan has developed a knack for identifying creative solutions for his clients' problems. His practice focuses on corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formations and organization structures, representing clients across numerous industries, including the health care and automotive sectors. In addition, Ryan specializes in regulatory and compliance issues amongst federal and state laws and regulations. 

Because Ryan has served as both in-house and outside counsel, he understands the unique issues presented on both sides of the organization-attorney relationship and, as a result of that perspective, is devoted to marrying his clients' competing desire for expedient and cost-effective results.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Ryan served as Legal Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for a health care system in Houston.
