Overview

Tim’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction and real estate industries.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Tim served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Houston office, and he formerly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Steel in the 274th District Court in Texas. Before attending law school Tim served in the construction industry as a field supervisor and special projects coordinator. Tim also spent time as a landowner representative where he contributed to discussions on issues ranging from engineering, construction feasibility, cost, project financing, parcel sales, offers and legal issues with developers and landowners.
