Weston’s practice focuses on litigation matters, with an emphasis on the construction, energy and manufacturing industries.

Before receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, Weston attended Clemson University and received a degree in Chemical Engineering. While at Clemson, he developed a complex technical design project on alternative energy and worked as a Renewable Energy & Sustainability Team Leader in Iceland.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Weston served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Houston office. He also worked as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Alan D. Albright in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas
