Overview

Bill’s practice focuses on assisting clients in their efforts to avoid employment-related disputes and defending against employment-related claims. Bill works with employers in all phases of the traditional labor area, with significant experience counseling management in union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, contract and strike management, and all other issues involving the labor management relationship. He also works with companies and individuals on executive employment agreements and non-compete agreements.

Bill has 30 years of experience as a trusted advisor to clients in a wide array of industries and businesses, ranging from technology to services and consumer product providers, manufacturing to healthcare, civic and charitable entities to finance and investment organizations. Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1995, Bill works tirelessly to achieve creative, but practical solutions for HR professionals and company executives who seek to protect their company’s best interests and do the right thing by their employees in any employment dispute.

He and his wife, Holly, have three children, Patrick, Charlie and Gracie.
