(HOUSTON) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to announce the expansion of its Houston office in the historic Pennzoil Place by more than 40 percent. Construction is scheduled to begin this week, with the official move-in date set for mid-September. Munsch Hardt will occupy an additional 8,800 square feet for a total of 30,000 square feet on floors 26 and 27.
“Our strategy is centered on meeting and anticipating our clients’ dynamic business needs,” said Munsch Hardt CEO Phil Appenzeller. “Our expanded space accommodates our plans to continue growing our Houston office while providing a host of efficiencies for our clients, attorneys and staff.”
The new space will comprise of 16 new offices, a conference room and training area, as well as two common areas. In addition, the modernized design emphasizes the Firm’s commitment to investing in the future of the legal field and is being constructed to accommodate modern law firm operations, particularly the use of technology. The Firm’s goal is to create an open environment that focuses on promoting teamwork and develop flexible spaces to further encourage collaboration across practice sections and industries.

Munsch Hardt's leadership decided to remain at Pennzoil Place based on its first-rate facilities and accessible location for clients. The Firm first established its presence in Houston in 2004, and it has been a Pennzoil Place tenant since 2013.
