(DALLAS) Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. (Munsch Hardt) is pleased to welcome Associates Nicole Manley and Ryan Mitchell to its Dallas office, further bolstering the Firm’s Real Estate and Litigation practices.
Nicole Manley: Litigation, Dallas
Manley’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on landlord/tenant, real estate and contracts disputes. A graduate of Baylor University School of Law, Manley graduated magna cum laude, and also held the role of Senior Executive Editor for Baylor Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm full time, she served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office, and she previously served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Bonnie Lee Goldstein in the 44th Civil District Court of Texas. Manley obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin.
Ryan Mitchell: Real Estate, Dallas
In addition to commercial real estate acquisitions, Mitchell’s practice focuses on dispositions and development of retail, multifamily, office buildings and mixed-use projects for land owners, investors and developers in Texas and throughout the United States. A graduate of Texas Tech University School of Law, Mitchell ranked fourth in his class with summa cum laude honors, and also served as Comment Editor for Texas Tech Law Review. Prior to joining the Firm’s Dallas office, Mitchell served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office. He also formerly served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Judge James O. Browning in the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. Mitchell received his Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern New Mexico University, where he also graduated summa cum laude.
