Overview

 Nicole’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations for public and private companies in a variety of industries. She also has experience drafting and finalizing intercompany agreements to best regulate operations both between and within businesses.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Nicole served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office, and she formerly served as a Judicial Intern for The Honorable Judge Bonnie Lee Goldstein, in the 44th Civil District Court of Texas. Nicole graduated magna cum laude from Baylor University School of Law, where she also served as Senior Executive Editor for the Baylor Law Review

Nicole is currently a member of the Firm’s Women’s Initiative Group committee. She enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and proposing creative solutions to solve complex matters. She is skilled in developing practical road maps to achieve the desired outcome for her clients.
