Munsch Hardt announced Wednesday that veteran Dallas bankruptcy attorney Marc Taubenfeld has joined the firm from McGuire, Craddock & Strother, where he practiced for more than 25 years.
Taubenfeld, an alumnus of the University of Texas School of Law, represents both debtors and creditors in business bankruptcy matters as well as creditors and creditor groups in consumer cases. He also has experience representing both Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 Trustees, and Creditors’ Committees in a variety of bankruptcy cases.
In the firm’s press release, Taubenfeld said he is “eager to contribute to Munsch Hardt’s highly knowledgeable and regarded bankruptcy practice.”
