Overview

With a career spanning more than 35 years, Marc has an extensive background  in bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters. He has experience representing creditors, debtors, creditor groups, Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 trustees and creditors’ committees in bankruptcy cases. Marc’s practice has also included representation of both plaintiffs and defendants at all levels of both state and federal court in matters including commercial transactions, sales and acquisitions of businesses, real estate transactions, leasing and representation of lenders and borrowers in connections with loans, loan modifications and workouts. Over the years, he has represented companies in various industries including energy, health care, manufacturing, real estate, retail and transportation.

In addition to his legal practice, Marc is also a frequent author and speaker on bankruptcy-related topics. He previously served as editor of Bankruptcy Briefs and is the current editor of the newsletter of the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Marc served as a partner in the bankruptcy and commercial litigation sections at a Dallas-based law firm.
