Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. is pleased to announce trial attorney, Cameron Asby, has joined the Firm as a Shareholder in its Litigation section. Asby joins Munsch Hardt’s Houston office from Duane Morris LLP.
Munsch Hardt continues to grow its Litigation group with two strong additions in recent months – Asby joining in September and Stephen J. Huschka joining the Litigation group in August.

Asby is a trial lawyer whose practice is focused on representing plaintiffs and defendants in all phases of complex commercial, real estate, construction and intellectual property litigation. Asby’s practice routinely involves matters concerning non-competition and non-solicitation agreements, trade secrets, unfair competition, partnership/investor disputes, construction defects, complex breach of contract claims, health care services, franchisor/franchisee disputes, fraud, business torts and shareholder oppression.
Asby also has extensive experience representing organizations of varying sizes in state and federal trial courts throughout Texas and across the U.S. and in private arbitration. He has represented sophisticated investors in disputes with partners, multinational and major corporations in complex commercial disputes, health care providers in fraud allegations, and small businesses and entrepreneurs in breach of contract actions.

In addition to representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation, Asby devotes a substantial amount of his time and energy to the local community through volunteer programs, youth sports and by providing pro bono legal services.
Asby has also been honored for legal excellence by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in 2023-2024 and was listed in Texas Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” 2019–2021. He earned his J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, and his B.A. from Texas A&M University.
