Overview

Cameron is an experienced trial lawyer focused on representing businesses and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters across various industries, including energy, real estate, construction, financial services and health care. He has prosecuted and defended claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, construction defects, fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets and other business torts. Cameron routinely represents clients in the state and federal trial courts throughout Texas and the United States.

Cameron has experience in all phases of civil trial and arbitration. He relies upon his depth of experience to understand complex matters, identify the critical issues in each case, advise and counsel clients, and implement strategies to reach cost-effective resolutions that align with client goals. 

Cameron has fostered strong community ties through his involvement in volunteer programs, youth sports and a dedication to pro bono legal work, including his work with organizations such as Human Rights First and an affordable housing nonprofit.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Cameron worked as Special Counsel for an international law firm where he focused heavily on complex commercial litigation matters for more than ten years.
