(DALLAS) – Congratulations to Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. Dallas Litigation attorneys Anne-Alise “Ali” Hinckley and Stephen Huschka, who have been named to D Magazine’s 2025 “Best Lawyers Under 40” list. The list recognizes many of the most esteemed and up-and-coming attorneys in North Texas.

Ali Hinckley is a member of the Firm’s Litigation practice and focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes and employment law. Hinckley is a seasoned trial attorney, who has successfully represented clients – ranging from individuals to small businesses to Fortune 500 companies – In arbitration, state and federal court, and administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and medical and licensing boards. She also frequently represents clients in disputes involving complex transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions, real property transactions, and intellectual property matters.
Passionate about local conservation work, Hinckley serves as an active member of the North Texas Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalists, a group of volunteers who provide education, outreach and service to the management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities for the State of Texas. Hinckley also serves as a member of the William “Mac” Taylor American Inn of Court, Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (“DAYL”) and the Dallas Bar Association.
Stephen Huschka, who is also a member of Munsch Hardt’s Litigation practice, is an experienced litigator whose practice primarily focuses on resolving disputes regarding securities, intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. He has successfully represented a wide variety of clients, including companies, officers, directors, accountants, broker-dealers and other professionals in venues across the country.
In his community, Huschka serves as an appointed Commissioner on the City of Dallas Commission on Disabilities, which promotes initiatives for special needs children and disability services. Huschka currently serves as President-Elect of the DAYL, where he looks forward to advancing key initiatives affecting the practice of Dallas lawyers during his presidential term. He also served as Chair of the DAYL Foundation, a nonprofit that has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars to worthy causes throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
