M'Lou Patton Bell
M'Lou's practice focuses on corporate, real estate and lending transactions. She routinely represents both buyers and sellers in all types of corporate and real estate transactions and has experience in business organization, on-airport leasing and development, lending and alternative financing, asset and stock transactions, acquisition, development and disposition of income producing properties and commercial leasing. M'Lou’s practice in development matters ranges from subdivision and shopping center development to acquisition and development in ski resort communities. In addition to corporate and real estate matters, she also represents clients in connection with government contracting and legislation. M'Lou received her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Science from The University of Texas at Austin.
