Brandon’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on the construction, financial services, real estate, manufacturing, and technology industries.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Brandon served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office. He formerly served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Alan D. Albright in the U.S. District Court, Western District of Texas where he drafted 12(b)(1) and 12(b)(6) orders for claims arising under Title VII, Title VIII, First Amendment free speech, procedural due process and Texas equivalents.
