Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Brie served as a Summer Associate in the Firm’s Dallas office, and formerly served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Rebecca Rutherford in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. She also worked as a Sustainability Legal Extern for a global energy technology company where she focused on domestic and international ESG regulatory compliance and due diligence. She graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma School of Law, earning a certificate in Business & Transactional Law, pro bono distinction, and several American Jurisprudence Awards, including Constitutional Law, Civil Pretrial Litigation, and Intellectual Property. In law school, Brie competed on the National Moot Court and John J. Gibbons Criminal Procedure teams, co-founded Law Students of Texas, served as President of the Federal Bar Association, and was Operating Editor for the Oil and Gas, Natural Resources, and Energy Journal, where her article was selected for publication.
Before attending law school, Brie spent several years managing digital communications and brand marketing programs at a major U.S. airline. She also taught middle school reading through the Teach For America program and led service projects throughout Southeast Asia. These experiences shaped her into an adaptable people-focused and solution-oriented servant leader.
