Claire helps clients solve problems that threaten their business in a practical and efficient manner. In an effort to enable her clients to safeguard themselves, Claire designs policies and procedures to prevent and minimize future loss in a way that does not impair a business’s core operation. She also analyzes the risks associated with proposed actions, so clients can make an informed business decision on which risks are worth accepting. 

Part of Claire’s success comes from always being prepared for and never hesitating to bring a case to trial. Her trial and arbitration experience gives her clients a material advantage.
