Overview

Delaney’s practice focuses on commercial real estate matters, and she has experience representing clients in the acquisition, disposition, development, financing and leasing of commercial properties nationwide.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Delaney worked as an Associate at a boutique commercial real estate firm in Dallas, Texas. Delaney graduated with a B.S. in Economics from Oklahoma State University and her J.D., cum laude, from Texas Tech University School of Law. During law school, Delaney was the Executive Publication Editor of the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal, where her comment was selected for publication and received the Top Comment Award. Additionally, she served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Harlin D. Hale of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas and interned in the legal department of a Dallas-based REIT.

Delaney is a Dallas native and enjoys Oklahoma State football, music and spending time with family, friends and her rescue dog, Opie.
