He also advises on labor and employment issues in mergers and acquisitions.
In real estate, Sameer represents lenders, developers, REITs, property owners, acquirers, purchasers, landlords, joint venture members, investors and brokers in litigation matters that cover all phases of the real estate business cycle.
Sameer's broad commercial litigation practice includes handling contractual and business disputes, as well as prosecuting and defending claims involving breach of contract, business fraud and violations of fiduciary duties. He is particularly experienced in business divorce disputes and related litigation for majority owners and minority investors in substantial private companies.
