As a transactional attorney, Jack specializes in mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and tax law. Jack regularly advises clients on corporate governance, entity formation and structuring, recapitalization and executive compensation matters, including stock options and equity incentives. In addition, Jack regularly advises clients in connection with private placement memorandums and operating and joint venture agreements.
Jack also represents private and non-profit developers and investors in complex real estate and development transactions involving public-private partnerships, tax credit finance (including New Markets Tax Credits and federal and state historic tax credits), state and local incentives, traditional equity and debt financing.
Originally from Church Point, Louisiana, Jack enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and children.
