Ian’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across both state and federal courts. He has experience handling cases involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, tortious interference, conspiracy, regulatory defense and corporate governance.
Prior to the practice of law, Ian served as a consultant in the New York office of a corporate law firm, where he primarily handled business development and marketing strategy. He then received his Juris Doctor in 2019 from the University of North Texas at Dallas College of Law, and served as an Admissions Fellow for two years. He played an essential part in the law school’s diversity initiative, and became a key ambassador for recruiting. He also served on the board of the Southwest Region’s Black Law Students Association, where he served as the Director of Corporate Relations. In this role, he directed fundraising, community outreach and public advocacy for the organization.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Ian worked as an associate in the Dallas office of the same law firm in which he worked as a consultant for nearly nine years.
