Congratulations to Ian Shaw on his selection to the Dallas Regional Chamber’s LEAD YP Class of 2022! LEAD YP is a 6-month leadership development program designed exclusively to help young professionals gain a better understanding of their personal leadership styles and gain new insight on leading and inspiring others throughout their careers.

The LEAD YP Class of 2022 kicks off in April 2022 and concludes in September 2022. Class members meet monthly where they receive training on their personal leadership styles, leading through change, personal branding, coaching and feedback and using the Predictive Index Behavior Assessment.

Up to 30 class members are chosen each year for the LEAD YP program. Applications are reviewed by a selection committee, which takes the following variables into consideration when selecting the most qualified applicants to participate in the program: (i) work history; (ii) desire to grow in leadership; (iii) community involvement; and (iv) educational background.
