Overview

Serving as Co-Chair of Munsch Hardt’s Construction practice group, Adam focuses his practice on a variety of construction transactions and insurance matters, as well as construction-related disputes.

Adam is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has significant experience in guiding his clients through the various phases of development and construction of commercial properties, including drafting and negotiating complex design, construction and development contracts for all types of commercial projects, with a focus on evaluating insurance coverage issues. Adam has also successfully represented public and private owners, general contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in numerous lawsuits and disputes.

Prior to entering law school, Adam worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager at a consulting engineering firm in Houston, Texas, and then after obtaining his law degree, as General Counsel. Adam is a LEED Accredited Professional and a retired Professional Engineer*. His clients benefit greatly from his extensive background in the engineering and construction industries.

Adam is also a frequent speaker to construction industry groups on construction law issues.
