Kyle’s practice focuses on representing debtors, creditors, official creditors’ committees, lender groups and debtor-in-possession lenders. He has experience with refinancing transactions, asset acquisitions, cross-border restructurings and insolvency-related corporate governance. He is committed to counseling clients through all the complexities of bankruptcy cases.

Kyle also frequently gives back to the community with his time through pro bono work, most recently including (i) advising a nonprofit organization that works to rehabilitate homes for low-income neighborhoods and (ii) counseling an international jiu-jitsu federation.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Kyle worked as an associate at an international law firm.

    Represented an Argentine holding company and its debtor affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases involving approximately $834 MM of secured debt.

  • Chapter 11 Representation

    Represented a sports media, marketing and technology company in their Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

  • Chapter 11 Representation

    Represented one of the largest operators of coin-operated amusement machines in the company’s Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
